Saatva Announces Four Leadership Promotions to Support Next Phase of Growth

Saatva, the Smarter Luxury Sleep Company, announced a series of leadership promotions across strategy, customer experience, business development, and creative, reinforcing the company’s commitment to building a leadership structure designed to support continued scale and long-term growth.

“As Saatva continues to grow, we are being very intentional about how we position leadership to operate at the next level,” said Ron Rudzin, CEO and Founder of Saatva. “Growth at this stage isn’t just about momentum, it’s about readiness. These promotions reflect the areas that are most critical to our future and the leaders we trust to guide them.”

Ryan Hutchinson has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer. Since joining Saatva in 2024, Hutchinson has strengthened the company’s competitive positioning by translating complex data into a focused, actionable strategy. In his expanded role, he will continue to drive disciplined decision-making, long-term planning, and strategic alignment as Saatva scales.

Saatva also announced the promotion of three senior leaders into expanded chief roles:

  • Rocco Dimilta has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Business Development Officer. A longtime leader at Saatva, Dimilta has been instrumental in building the company’s logistics infrastructure and expanding new growth channels, helping define how Saatva scales efficiently and sustainably.
  • Marty Ehrlich has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Experience Officer. Ehrlich has played a central role in building Saatva’s customer-first approach, overseeing an increasingly complex and high-touch experience as the company’s retail footprint and customer base continue to grow.
  • David Link has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Chief Creative Officer. Since joining Saatva in 2019, Link has played a central role in shaping and articulating the company’s brand vision, building a creative foundation that has elevated Saatva into a distinctive, increasingly iconic brand.

“These leaders have helped build the Saatva we are today,” Rudzin added. “Their expanded roles ensure we are positioned to grow with clarity, discipline, and intention.”

About Saatva

Saatva, one of the first companies to sell luxury mattresses online in 2010, was founded on the principle that everyone deserves healthy and restorative sleep on a quality bed.
