Currently, Tanisha serves as a full-cycle recruiter for Saatva, focusing on a wide range of roles from retail management to associates and corporate positions. Beyond recruitment, Tanisha is also the ERG Council President, overseeing all Employee Resource Groups and fostering an inclusive and supportive environment across the company.
