Ron Rudzin of Saatva Named EY US Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2026 New York Award Winner
Ron Rudzin, Founder and CEO of Saatva was named an EY US Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2026 New York Award winner.
Founded in 2010, Saatva provides luxury mattresses, bedding, and bedroom furnishings through a direct-to-consumer model. The company serves consumers seeking restorative sleep solutions and has grown to more than 400 employees, 33 Viewing Rooms nationwide, and revenues approaching $650 million. Under Ron Rudzin’s leadership, Saatva has become the premier online retailer of luxury mattresses, pioneering a category-defining approach to quality, service, and transparency while maintaining consistent double-digit growth.
“Being named an EY US Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2026 New York Award winner is an incredible honor and a reflection of the people who have helped shape Saatva from the very beginning,” said Rudzin. “When we launched Saatva, our goal was to create a better way to buy a mattress, one built on exceptional craftsmanship, transparency, and an unwavering commitment to the customer experience. Over time, that mission has evolved into something bigger: helping people live healthier, more restorative lives through better sleep. I’m deeply grateful to our employees, partners, and customers whose trust and support continue to inspire us to innovate and raise the standard for our industry.”
Now in its 41st year, the Entrepreneur Of The Year program honors business leaders for their ingenuity, courage, and entrepreneurial spirit. It celebrates original founders who bootstrapped their business from inception or raised outside capital to grow their company, transformational CEOs who infused innovation into an existing organization to catapult its trajectory, and multigenerational family business leaders who reimagined a legacy business model to strengthen it for the future.
Regional winners were chosen by an independent panel of past winners, top CEOs, and business leaders. Judges assessed candidates on long-term value creation, entrepreneurial spirit, purpose-driven commitment, and significant growth and impact.
As a New York award winner, Ron Rudzin will now be considered by the national judges for the Entrepreneur Of The Year 2026 National Awards, which will be presented in November at the annual Strategic Growth Forum®, where high-growth CEOs, Fortune 1000 executives, and investors converge to shape the future of business. The National Overall Award winner will move on to compete for the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year™ Award in May 2027.
